Happy Friday! I am so looking forward to more weekend moments--spending the day in pajamas, sipping hot chocolate in bed, playing a Harry Potter movie marathon, shooting photos and running the usual errands--after this long week of late nights at work and wrapping up my last graduate class. Last night, before I had to head back to work for our school's open house, A and I had a quick dinner date at the Benefit Juice Bar & Cafe, a quaint corner shop with fresh sandwiches and juices, not far from where we shot these photos last weekend.
This area of the East Side of Providence is called Fox Point, unintentional but appropriate for this outfit post.
I fell in love with the design of this soft sweater when I spotted it online; although it's a fox, it reminds me so much of our little cat. In fact, I showed it to A without saying a word, and he instantaneously exclaimed, "Luna!" I knew I had to pick it up. If otters are more your thing, there's a cute pair on this sweater. Both are under $40.
This plaid skirt is of better quality than I anticipated for one with an elasticated waistband, and it's lined and has pockets. I also picked one up in a vibrant, bright cerise shade. Both are under $30!
