New England, and specifically the East Side of Providence, was showing off this weekend. Sunday felt more summer than spring, and so the city was more lively than we're used to on a Sunday (and especially Easter Sunday). The city was also more lovely with pink and white spring flowers in bloom.
This dress is a Forever 21 find from a few years back. It was several sizes too big but cost little to nothing as it was the last one available and had a makeup stain on it. I realize these are not selling points, but these are--the dress is embellished and fully lined, the material has a good drape (I love the v-back) and is thick and of good quality. I bought this dress for its potential and it has remained a key piece in my wardrobe.
If you've been here a while, you'll know I love white for spring and summer. Some other outfits--a white poplin dress, white eyelet dress, a date night look, and this lace ensemble. I ordered this pretty embroidered dress (and by the stock remaining, it seems quite a few others have as well) and can't wait for it to arrive!
Happy spring break to my fellow teachers! I'm spending today cooped up studying for an exam tomorrow, after which I'll hopefully be able to dive into full break mode. Stop by Wednesday for another style post, including my spring plans! x
