This granny isn't pulling any all nighters, but for all you cool kids who are going out this weekend, I've got just the thing!
The Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray had been collecting dust in my makeup collection, (remember A's response to setting sprays in my boyfriend explains the purpose of makeup tag post?) but I revived it as the weather has been warming up, and man is this stuff good.
I've been using it as the final step in my makeup routine. A few spritzes all over the face - the pump distributes the product as a fine mist - and it dries down to a fresh, dewy finish that doesn't get dewier throughout the day. Because of its finish, I think it would be equally effective on drier and oilier skins (I have combination skin). My skin hasn't had any negative reactions to it, even with daily use. It makes powders look less powdery, and prevents wet mascaras, like this one, from smudging. No matter the room temperature, the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray feels cool and refreshing on the skin. It's perfect for long workdays, late nights, special occasions (I can imagine how handy it would be for brides!), or the summer heat.
Another way to use the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray that I haven't tried yet is spritzing it onto an eyeshadow brush before applying eyeshadow - this will not only help the eyeshadow wear longer, but it will also make the pigment more vibrant (good news for sheerer shades like the ones in this palette), and make shimmery or glittery eyeshadows adhere better to the eyelid.
All in all, it's a solid product that I'm happy to have rediscovered. (That makes two!)
